green light during charging

Hello. 

Les is green when charging and phone is only at 25%. It was orange as it should be but suddenly changed to green. When disconnected and reconnected it is still green. Something is not working as it should.

did you have it connected at a wall charger or computer?

enable developers options by tapping on the build number 7 times in Settings » About phone,

then find 'Select USB configurations' in developers options, and pick charging only, and connect it to a pc, wait for about 30 seconds, and then unplug, and change it to MTP and connect it to the PC. if the pc detects it on mtp, leave the setting, and connect it to the wall charger.

there's a menu option under data usage in Settings called 'device connections' make sure 'install software' option is disabled for usb
