i have wierd graphical artifacts with z5 dual 7.1.1
i tried to reset & repair software with sony companion with no luck

Hi @islam610, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

I have watched the videos a couple of times now, but I'm having a hard time understanding exactly what you mean. Do you mean that the text is in a lower resolution?

Make sure that you have not enabled developer options in your phone and/or that no option in the Accessibility menu in Settings is turned on.

If you installed any applications or restored a backup after the reset, try rebooting your phone in safe mode so we can make sure that a downloaded application isn't the cause of this.

horizontal black bars appear in some apps and in some situation like uninstalling apps
i made sure that developer mode is off / accessibility options off / and restarted in safe mode 
but the problem still there

Hi again @islam610, very sorry for the late reply. I have been out of office due to vacation.

Since there was no change while the phone was rebooted in safe mode and nothing was enabled in developer options / accessibility menu, I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

This will delete all data stored on the internal storage so creating a backup using Xperia Companion is advised.

Should you still experience this behaviour after the software repair has been completed, your phone will need to be examined by a trained technician at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further with this and answer any questions you may have regarding warranty, local service routines and so forth.
