try to restart your device then run xperia diagnostics.

settings>about phone>diagnostics

try to go outside away from building and run google maps

I tried this many times the diagnostic gives failed

Then that could be a hardware issue, and you will have to contact your Local support regarding this.

And for a year and a half, badly
