Hello. Since I turned on the phone and was greeted with a 30 minute or so "optimizing" loading session, every time I turn off the phone and later turn it on it freezes at the startup screen (with the wave) and reboots. This has happened in an excruciating loop for upwards of an hour, and I think I was lucky to get in today to just post this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Also, when it does load, the 30 minute "optimizing" session begins again.
