If you have enabled the MyXperia service in your device you can try and set a new screen lock on your device if you visit the MyXperia website. If you have not previously enabled this service but you have a Google account in your device, you can also try and use the Google service called Find Your Device.
If neither of these services work, or you don't have a Google account added in the device, you will need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the device and since the device can't be unlocked, you will not be able to create a backup.
