I'm sorry to hear that. If you have activated my Xperia in your phone you can log on to the my Xperia website and reset your screen lock.
If this feature hasn't been activated in your device I'm afraid the only way to gain access to your phone is to reset it by doing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
