FM Radio stopps after few minutes

Hi,

recently I updated my OS to 6.0.1. After that my fm radio app stopps after few minutes.

I launched it with safe mode. In the safe mode, there the app runs without problems.

So I think, another app is using the speaker. Am I right?

What's the problem? How can I fix it?

yes, I checked it. But my problem is different I think.

The app is running. But after few minutes there is no sound. I have to close the FM radio and start again.

Is it the same problem? Should I wait for an update?

If in safe mode you don't see the issue, it might be some app interfering. Do you have task killers or antivirus?

No, there is no task killer or antivirus, except AVG Cleaner – Xperia™.

How can I detect, which app is interferring? Is there a possibility?

It might be an app that tries to use a function needed for FM. Perhaps some sound apps.

Okey I had this issue before, did you enable google now or ok google with voice recognition on any screen ?
Because google's app prevents radio to work on the Z2 I once tried it it seems there's a conflict.
Anyway just try it, disable google's voice search and ok google recognition normally this should solve the problem.

Thanks for the help, but it didn't function.

When I listen to music, there is no interferring app.

But during listening to radio, after few minutes the sound is gone.

I hear my own microphone.

Ta Xanatak! OK Google  switched off, Cyndicut 90.6 now on 😄 my ears say a very big thank you 😄
