Finger sensor is not working

Even the option is not displaying in the settings for setting up sensor.. Please advise how it can be fixed.

Did you previously have the option for the fingerprint scanner? Or has it never been available for you?

Yes earlier it was working after 6 months the problem starts arising very frequently ... now m using it since past 6 months without finger print sensors..... please suggest ..

If you have already clean the scanner, you might want to contact your Local support to get it inspected.
