So my phone recently has not been charging very well, at first I assumed it was the charging cables problem so I tried switching it but not much had changed. When I tried the cable on other devices however it charged perfectly, so I knew the cable worked perfectly fine and it was my phones problem. I decided to look around for some solutions on the internet and having found out the charging pin wasn't making a proper connection with the cable, I decided to fix it by moving it with something small like a pin. This initially worked for a couple days although I had to fiddle with the pin to get it to charge right but now my phone is not charging at all and the charging pin is somewhat broken. Is there anyway to fix this? Either by going to a third party or directly to sony? approximate costs and time frame it would take to fix? any help would be appreciated.
