Greetings Sony consumers, OK so I purchased a Sony Xperia Z5 premium dual, on Ebay, stopped working by the 5-6month, was told my device didn't include a factory warranty, so I'm stuck with a non working cell phone, purchased another exact phone, with a Squaretrade insurance just in case, coverage starts after the Factory Warranty, well it stopped working by the 5-6month as well, but, this device does have the one year factory warranty, thing is I need to contact Sony in Malaysia, But, there is no response from them, and Sony in North America has me running in circles,any advice someone anyone, feeling very frustrated and disappointed, I'm a die hard Sony customer.
