Hi @Santasbackbone, sorry to hear about that. 
Prior to having the device sent to an authorized service center, do you mind troubleshooting a bit with me?
First, could you try charging your device fully to 100%, and then use it as you normally would under daily usage until it reaches down to about 5% (don't charge it between 100% and 5%)? Once that is done, go to Settings > Battery usage, could you take some screenshots of how the graph and list looks like here and PM it to me? Also, press on the graph on top and take a screenshot of the detailed statistics here and include it in a PM to me and I will have a look at it for you!
If you don't wish to troubleshoot and rather turn to an authorized service center, then I advice you to get in touch with your Local support for further assistance as they are well informed regarding your local service routines, warranty terms and consumer laws.
