Encryption

I have already encrypted my phone and memory.. It tell me that process is irreversible.. What's the meaning of it?.. What if my device is stolen.. Is encryption can protect it against software reinstall.. Etc... ?

It means to go back to non encrypted phone requires a full wipe, and everything will be back to factory

Nice.. suppose phone is lost or stolen.. Can anyone use it without key of decryption?

No, but they wipe it and they can have a new phone.
If it gets stolen report it to police and carrier, and they can initiate a lock on IMEI and location tracking
