does sony replaces the asf while warranty ?

I wonder if Sony® replaces the ASF of their smartphones ?

Does the wararnty applies to that situation ?

If not, what to do now ?

ASF cannot be replaced,the whole display needs to be changed along with ASF.You can remove it and place a simple screen protector above.

Bringing low quality build concept. I have now a scratched screen. I will have to remove a factory layer, and, install an after market one...

that's just absurd, how does the asf get placed on a new display in the first place?

of course it can be replaced, it's just that sony will not.

It would fall under "tampering with the hardware" and it would be grounds for voiding your warranty, yes.
