Display trouble - black and sliced

 Hi!

I have a problem with the display of my Xperia, it started last week when my display stop responding and half of it got an grey image like when the tv has no signal, sometimes after 2 minutes it work again, other times, and this is really annoying, the screen gets "sliced" and all messed up and gets blach, without response. There isn't any pattern of what occurs prior than what, he does whatever he wants. I've already made a software repair but it continues the same. Is there any way of making a deeper software repair or should i really go to local support for their repair?

PS: I've already tried to take a printscreen to the sliced part but it takes it like there is no problem at all

Hey! So last week I took my phone to local support and the man pointed the problem as a display problem, today I've recieved a message saying that I could go get my phone back and the replaced my Xperia Z3 to a Xperia Z5 (I think they don't sell the Z3 since the release of the Z5). Lucky me!

I asked the lady if the problem was so serious that they couldn't solve it and she said "probably yes".

Thanks for your help! Slightly_smiling_Face

@Lorfreire

That's a hardware issue, contact your Local support to get your device inspected

@uliwooly thanks! I've never considered that could even be hardware issua, and that makes a lot of sense, maybe something got disconected inside the phone! Thank you!
