device connection option missing!

Im trying to mirror my screen to a smart tv & one thing I have to do apparently is to go to settings> device connectiion> but I dont have this option on my phone! Is it someplace else ofr is my OS corrupted?

Settings > about phone > which android version and build number does your phone has? 

Also, are you on the main account on the phone ?
