I started having problems with my phone last week it was running slow and I couldn't get my ring tone to work even though all the settings were right. Every time I tried to alter the volume in the settings menu, the settings crashed. It also effected the clock app I was unable to alter my alarm times. I've factory reset the phone and it works for a few days then the problem persists. Any ideas? The software is upto date
