Charging keeps dropping

Hi !

I got a strange problem. 

When I'm trying to charge my Xperia Z1, it won't keep charging. The cable is fine, holding good, but phone is charging for 1 second then stops for 1 second then start charging again and so on. Of course, it's still 1%.

Can anyone help me?

Hi @Matysek, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about that.

Is the LED showing that it's charging for one second and then the LED is turned off again, or does it continue to glow but the device still isn't charging all the time?

Is there any change if you charge the device while it's powered off? If you haven't tried doing so, I would recommend that you start with that. You can also try with a different cable, if one of your friends, colleagues or family members also own an Xperia device as all cables work with all devices, as long as it's micro USB.
