Charger very loose when changing?

Hello

A few days ago my charger that came with phone, became very loose, it was originally very tight with it still be, I tried another cable it's the way it should be, but my original cable isn't, is there any way of getting it back to normal without replacing it?, by the way it still changes,
Just very stage with cable use that's all, using a z5 primum

if you still have warranty maybe you can have a repalcement at your local service center Local support

if you are practical like me, i used to have this problem I used to place a rubber band to connect the charger and device or I just slightly bend the metal part of the cord (do not try if you have the chance to replace the charger)

I called local support and service provider, I will have too send it away for too get looked at, it's my only charger I've got and,, does anyone know how long the charger on warranty for?,had the phone since may this year?

only your Local support can answer those questions.

most other usb cables ( or chragers from other oems) can charge your phone though not as efficiently as the one supplied.

Looks like my original Sony changer doesn't work at all now , from my earlier post it was working okay but just recently, it doesn't work at all, luckily for me, I have two usb chargers spare, not happy that my charger didn't last that long only had it for 10 months, I even tried on my pc but it still didn't pick up the phone either
