Charger Malfunction

There is a problem I have with my charger.

For some reason, when I put my charger in a certain angle, even when I make sure everything is properly connected, it will randomly disconnect. This causes so much of a problem for me, and I have to shake the thing around until I see that my phone is charging.

Can anybody fix this issue for me?

Have you had the opportunity to try another cable?  Maybe you can borrow a cable from a family member or co-worker, just temporarily. I also suggest that if you usually charge your phone in a wall socket, try to charge it by a USB-port in a computer, just to test if it works better.

Does you phone charge if you turn it off and connect it to the charger, or do you still need to shake the phone to get it to charge, even when it's turned off?

Yes, I have. I have tried multiple cables, and used a USB-port, but unfortunately, I ended up with the same result.

Also, no. I still have to shake the phone around to make it charge. It's a very difficult task, and it seems to get worse every time. And even when I get it to charge in a certain position, it will somehow disconnect again.

I'm sorry to hear that. If you still have to wiggle your phone for it to charge even with other chargers it does sound like something isn't right in the charging port. I do recommend that you contact your Local support so they can help you get your phone to a authorized service center. As this is Global user based forum, all service cases are handled by your  Local support, since they are experts on your market and will be able to help you proceed in this case.
