Case with built-in heatsink?

I've thought about getting the SCR30, but am worried that it will make the heat issues even worse with it attached.

It then occurred to me that a case could as well offer a solution, if part of it had a heat conductive pad and a metal plate on the back to help disperse heat. It would sacrifice NFC, but well...

Is there something like this already on the market?
