I recorded a very important video on my Z5 and after I transferred the video to my laptop, the video cannot be played at all.
On my laptop (VLC), it is playing but without sound and picture, on my phone (Tried with "Video" and MXPlayer, it says invalid URL. Please help! It is very important.
P.S it shows the video thumbnail in my Z5, when transferring, it said "Downloading to (some random name)"

I've seen this issue before and it was a third party acting up, use the search bar and you will find it.
I hope your next phone its an Xperia, if not, you should google any other brand that you are considering.
Hi @Kycpokemon, sorry to hear this.
Is the video stored on the phone's internal memory or an external SD card?
Are you able to view the video through the Camera app?
Internal Memory, I tried the camera app, it says Invalid URL
Can you try clearing data for the app called Media storage, then restart your phone.
This can be done in Settings > Apps > [menu] > Show system > Media storage > Storage > Clear data.
This will trigger a new media scan after the restart so depending on the amount of media files in your phone it can take a little while before you can access them again.
It still gives me an Error
Well, for the video I have restarted on it just that it is not as good as the original.
Thanks anyway @Christofer
Weirdly, when I Google this, the top 5 results were all Sony phone.

If their next "X" or "Z" have good reviews, I would definitely buy that. Because I really hope that Sony made the "X" for attention. Because seeing the reviews, it was not appealing. The stabilization was really bad.
The Xperia X feels really great when you use it, it reminds me of the Z3 but a bit smaller; it is a lot more comfortable to use than the Z5 Premium, that's for sure, as for the camera, it's good, here are some other suggestions
I guess I was kind of right as Sony just announced their new XZ and X compact!! Seriously looking forward to these phones.
Edit: changed XZ Compact to X Compact.
