cannot install new certificate

Hi,

I cannot install new certificate to by Z3. It says "installed" but I cannot see it in the personal certificate list.

Please help.

Version is 6.0.1

If You can't see your new certificates on your (user credentials) then you can try (clear credentials)from (settings >lock screen &security >clear credentials) then try to install your new certificates it should be appears on (user credentials).

Hi,

have you managed to resolve this issue? I'm stuck in the same situation though on newer Xperia XZ1 Compact.

I'm trying to install new SMIME certificate since the old one deprecated, I can't see the old one in personal certificates list however I can select it in the email app which is weird. When I try to install the new one it stucks on "Extracting" without any result.
