Can't install Android 6.0.1 update

Dear Friends

I have a Xperia Z3 D6603 . Yesterday I got the message that the system update is ready to be downloaded and installed in order to update the device android 5.1.1 to 6.0.1. I downloaded the update (for about 976 Mb) but as soon as the update finished I got again the message that the system update is available !!!! by clicking it started to download again the system update !!!! I have tested it several times since yesterday and each time as soon as the download finishes , I get the message again and there is no option other than downloading it again without installing !!!!

Would you please help me to fix this problem ?

are you updating via Xperia companion or PCC

or via OTA in the phone?

Im wait for download 900MB(4x)

After a popup a screen show, i chose install, z2 reboot, show a robot, but after 5s phone boot, and no anything change, i comeback update and it show cannot install, i redownload 4 times.. no new.
How can i update final to android 6??

I started the Android 6.0 update for my Xperia z2 and it finished 100% but once it's completed it's been to the same spot wher I started to downloadi again

Hi all, I've downloaded the recent android update onto my xperia z3 twice now and after each download the dialogue box just tells me an update is available and a new download button appears. Im not sure what's wrong here, I have plenty of storage but for some reason I don't get the option to install, only an option to download again. Thanks for any help

I appreciate the reply but I'm not sure you understood my issue. I am aware that an update is available and have downloaded the entire 1011Mb of it twice. After the download completes, the dialogue box reverts back to telling me to download again. I even watched the download progress the second time.

Does it give you the build number? and which build number does your phone currently has?

The same thing is happening to me. The build number on my phone is 23.4.A.1.264
