I am facing some issues in my SONY XPERIA Z3+. the camera app is not working, when I try to open the app, it's not opening. I tried opening the camera in other apps like skype and whatsapp, only a dark black screen appearing. I tried to open the camera with the help of some camera apps available on playstore, same problem, a dark black screen is opening. both the camera's rear and front are not opening. Only a black screen appears when I try to open the camera in other apps. The stock camera app is not opening at all. the stock camera app opens for a second with a dark screen and after that, it just closes itself automatically, I read a message which was - "Restart the app". I have tried two options to resolve this problem. first, I chose factory reset option which did nothing. second I downloaded Xperia companion software and updated the software then also nothing happened, and the problem is still arising.
Second, the Flashlight icon is missing I tried to open the flashlight with the help of external apps available on playstore. I tried the same solutions which I opted for the camera problem...
NOTHING IS WORKING PLEASE HELP ME >>> WHAT SHOULD I DO????
