Calls not connecting

I am having problems with calls not connecting!

I have also been in touch with my network to see if it is them and am still awaiting reply...

Whenever I dial out, I just get the single 'beep' and the call does not connect.

Anyone else having this problem?

That does seem like a network issue, or your SIM card its probably acting up

Tried the sim cleaning at it seems to have worked so far....

hi, I'm having this issue - did you literally just clean the sim card? As in physically remove dirt? Thanks
