3rd Z5 premium now.
1st had very bad screen fade, after just a few months, lines appearing. Sony fixed under warranty.
The fixed phone worked well until about a month ago, so had that one for about 13 months. Although the headphone socket hasn't worked for a long time, I could work with that using sound about app. However I shouldn't really have had to.
Got this dead phone fixed under my insurance. Or rather they sent a brand new phone. Good service actually, with Barclays. Apart from sending a 'like' phone. The gold one. Previously I had the chrome.
Now, 2 days after receiving this phone the buttons have all stopped working! Can't alter volume, no fingerprint, power not working and phone doesn't vibrate or speaker phone!
This is a brand new phone! This should in no way happen! 3rd phone all with manufacture faults. In less that a 2 year contract life cycle! Shocking Sony. I hope the ZX Premium is more 'Premium' than your last flagship!
I'm hoping this latest 'new' phone has a new warranty from Sony and they will be fixing or replacing it?! Would it?
Although, having read that others with this problem have been denied warranty fixes. I will not be happy!
