Build 32.3.A.0.376 Severe battery drain

Updated to the above build as per many others suffered massive battery drain, tried all suggested fixes in the previous similar post and none worked. A quick Google shows that nougat plus bluetooth equals massive battery drain so to test it went a day with out my SW3, lo and behold no battery drain. Emailed Sony and this was there response;

Thank you for contacting the Sony Xperia support centre.
You may experience poor battery performance in the SmartWatch 3 since the latest software upgrade to Android™ wear version. We are aware of this issue and are investigating the root cause to improve the battery performance in the coming software release.
The issue is complex and could be related to many different customer user scenarios and 3rd party apps. A software repair in PC Companion may fix the issue.

As stated i have tried a pc companion repair and the issue still stands. Seems like excuses and possible easy fixes are being touted instead of a much needed update to the software. Do not mark this as fixed or completed until there is an actual fix.

They replied as if my watch was draining not my phone, to make it clear I like many others, am suffering ridiculous handset battery drain

Well, I´m curious to try without BT. I use the SWR-12 , so that band is draining my handset?¿?¿

Possibly, it seems many other 7.0 users are finding the extreme drain stops when Bluetooth is disabled. I too found this but thats not a fix. I paid for my watch and should be able to use it with a supported device with out issue, especially another Sony device.

Not the BT anyway, just drains really fast no matter what.

For me the worst is to have Sony completely silent on the matter while it´s a global problem to say the least... really? Nothing?

Hi,

pushing this post as i've got the same problem: freshly installed z5 with the build number mentioned above. won't last through a day due to massive battery drain.

Sony, please do something!

Bye.

There's something wierd with interactions between Google Nearby, WiFi, Bluetooth and Google Play Services with the Pull Down Quick Menu

But those are the main one's I'm looking at right now. I'm sure there are more

Seems it's full of bugs at least with the email that I posted first it shows they are aware and hopefully working on a fix it should hopefully they make it a priority
