Brightness is not working

After replacing display panel,Xperia zr c5502 android lollipop ver. 5.1 brightness Is not working.and showing minimal brightness..tried to repair with Sony pc companion as well as tried safe mode..yet m unable to adjust brightness...pls help me out at the earliest

That seems to be a hardware issue rather than software, perhaps you need to replace the LCD, you could either contact your Local support or DIY, if your phone is no longer covered (by warranty) you might consider DIY.
