Bottom speaker not working

After nougat update, the bottom speaker of my z5 is not working. Please Fix It...!

I'm sorry to hear this. You can test your speaker in the built in diagnostics tool in your device. To do so go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Loudspeaker. How does the speaker behave in this test?

I would also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I checked the loudspeaker in settings but bottom speaker is not working.

Was there any difference when trying the speaker in safe mode? If you are still experiencing the same behavior I'd recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Hello, i experienced the same problem. 

I have tried software repair, but the problem still there.

I checked using *#*#7378423#*#* test the Right Speaker and there was no sound.

Is that mean hardware issue on my Xperia Z5?

Yes, most probably. Time to contact your Local support to get your phone inspected by a professional.

As @Quester suggested your should get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.
