Black screen while hearing WhatsApp audios

Since I've updated to Nougat, every time I hear to an audio message in WhatsApp the screen goes black as it the proximity sensor is activated. 

I've run some tests on the proximity sensor and it seems to be compromised. And eventhough I used apps to fix it, it still works badly.

Any help with this?

if your phone has a protective case, film, glass, you should remove it and test it again. If  not then contact your Local support to get it inspected

same problem I had , two years for now since I replaced broken screen , still no solution , shifted to Iphone , time to time I check if any help would take me back to what was a Sony dream .
