Everytime i start to call somebody the screen turns black and i cant get it active again, so cant cut the call or do something else on the phone. I have to push,swipe and touch the screen many times, maybe for a minute, before the screen lights up and i can get controll again. Can use the phone any other way with no problems. Have the last software update. Can i fix this without contacting a service store?
