I had been using my Z2 for 1 and a half year. everything goes very fine until dew days ago. It suddenly goes into blackscreen while pressing power button/ power + vol. up does not work. I need to dock/charge it for like few secs to make it "alive". I tried reset phone to factory settings, and it still the same. Tried repair through Sony PC Companion, but it takes FOREVER to download and i just give up this (I have totally no issue at all with my connection. I was browing youtube, playing games, scrolling facebook etc. without any internet latency problems so definitely will not be my network problem). Then today, it restarted again, so i tried docking it (it was abt 90% remaining). once i dock it, it displays with very low battery (its like less than 10%)..... so.... if there's any method to help?
