Is this normal usage for battery or its drain

if you can see the Wifi is off but in battery usage it show that its running and keep counting time as will although i'm turning it off

how to fix this

Charge the phone 100% > boot on safe mode for few hours > report back, I can't see the pictures until they are approved by a moderator

it could be a third party acting up.
