What means that??!!
Did you use the diagnostics tool? If so most likely means your battery is failing. Might be worth sending this off to your local Sony Repair center.

I'm sorry to hear this. 
If you are experiencing poor battery performance or if you believe your battery is in any way damaged I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for troubleshooting and repair.
@Thorgorn That is the service menu test you can access if you bring up your phones dialer and enter *#*#7378423#*#*, then go to: Service tests > Battery Health test.
