battery level indication stuck at 100%

I purchased this z2 just this december and its acting weird for a month now.. It took me awhile figuring out why the unit just shuts down even if the battery percentage was considerably high. The true percentage level only shows up after i press the little thingy on the side for reset.. Please help..

Well this problem is for sure a software problem.  You could try pressing the RESET botton next to the sim tray and then plug the device to a wall charger and leave it for few hours. Then Unplug it and turn it on. If that wont work i think you should do system Repair  PC Companion.

Just a feedback to my problem (battery level stuck at 50%, battery not charging)...

I sent the phone to repair service and they have replaced the bad bad bad battery. It solved the problem.
