Battery issues

I've noticed that from a few days ago, my phone charges really slowly (it literally says charging slowly) my phone gets hot even when I'm not using it and my battery drains auper fast when I'm not using it (keep in mind I close all my apps when I'm not using them). Can someone help me please?

Hi @lilsnow, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried charging the device when it's powered off, or when it's rebooted in safe mode? In safe mode all downloaded applications will be temporarily disabled, so we can see if any of them is the cause both of the device heating up and the battery charging very slowly.

Let us know if there is any improvement in this mode!
