battery drain when powering on

when i tried to restart my phone from the battery level 35%, it just have only 18% when i restarted my phone. Any ideas?

Sorry to know that!

I think it would be a good idea to boot the phone into safe mode, can be a good idea to check if any third party applications might be involved in the problem you’re having.
