battery drain on bluetooth

I have never seen bluetooth consumes 97% of battery but this is what happens after the recent software update.... its worse than the old version.... how do I get back to the previous?

It'll be wise to test the phone in >>> safe mode, safe mode will disable third party apps that could be causing the problem.
