Backup and Restore - Requesting Password that was not set

Hi, I have a problem with my Z3 Compact.

It is requesting a password for backup and restore that was definitely not set. Tried google passwords and lock screen passwords. This user (http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Z-ZL-ZR/Settings-gt-backup-reset-gt-factory-data-reset-asking-f...  had the same issue, but the Sony desktop software that was used to fix does not seem to be in date anymore.

Any ideas? I definitely did not set a password on the SD card for backups and have tried every possible password that it could be, including the "0000" standard Sony one.

Thank you.

1. Have you encrypted the phone?
2. Have you installed an antivirus? Users have reported that certain antivirus apps set passwords

No encryption and no anti virus aside from the "AVG Protection" that is installed by default.

After having good the same problem, I found that the password it's asking for is for the WiFi networks. Deselect this option from restoring, and it's done.
