Back panel and screen

Hi all

A while ago I posted about screen burn on my Z3.  I decided to live with it as it didnt really affect anything.  However, the back panel/glass panel (whatever you want to call it) is now coming away from the body.  Its nearly all the way around, so I am sure it will come completely off at some point.

I am at the end of my contract, so looking forward to a new lower monthly bill.  I don't really want to upgrade as personnaly at the moment I dont think there is anything out there that can beat it.  

Does anyone know if there is a limit as to when Sony will stop repairing there probucts, or will they repiar this one for me?  I have had a look on ebay for second hand phones but they are still going for a lot of money.

Any ideas on the above question or a quick fix I can do myself to the back panel?

Sorry to hear about this issue

I suggest contacting Customer Care directly, they should be able to advise what steps you need to take to get this resolved. It is always best to have a device repaired through an authorized repair agent as you may loose water resistance when using third parties.
