back camera glass confused

i have start to see same blur dots from back camera glass but it doesn't not effect on photos
Seems like glass has started to destroyed by it self
Question is
Is possible to change it?

Happened on my z3,  alright put some toothpaste on some towel and brush the lens for 10-15 mins. Then rinse it under tap and should be gone. If not keep doing it untill it goes away

Thanks man I have Google this issue and seems camera lens are easy to scratch anyway I have try this trick 1st time didn't solve but fixed on 2nd time

you can replace your back panel easly go to a service shop
