Hi @2441139bela, sorry to hear about this.
Do I understand correctly that the auto-rotate function isn't working in your device and you can't rotate the screen? If that is the behaviour you are experiencing, have you done the inbuilt test in the device for this function? You can do so in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Gyroscope.
You can also reboot your phone in safe mode so we can see if this is caused by a downloaded application as they will be temporarily disabled while the phone is rebooted in safe mode.
