Hi,

Please provide me a solution for my xperia Z3 (D6653)'s audio. When i purched this device the audio quality was superbe. After updating it to lolipop 5.1.1 the audio quality was pathetic. The ring tone volume is not audible, the notifiation was not audible, even when i play a song in my phone through inbuilt specker even that sound is too low. when i take a call out side that thime the voice of other end person is not audible. I press my devices volume button that showing full but the sound is too low. Some information that you need please finnd below:
