Are they still self cracking?

Hello! I really want a Xperia Z2 but there's SO much people that got their screens cracked by themselves. Is that issue fixed?

BTW, can you put some pressure to it at some points, like a tight pocket or something, WITHOUT CRACKING? I always use a flip case with my phones though. Some say that the phone can withstand some rough drops but others say that the phone cracked when dropping for like 20 cm.

I don't wanna pay 300 euros for a phone that will crack in a short period of time, Sony are aware of the issue but everyone says that they dont wanna help..

This is a tricky question, this is a support forum and users with cracked screens could say that it was a self cracked screen, there aren't self cracking screens, so it depend on who you ask. As for the drops, think about this, if you constantly drop the phone, sit on it, bump it while in your pocket, it will eventually create micro cracks, which will just need one more drop or even exposing to extreme weather fluctuations for the cracks to spread.

Also check on the forum, only few post pictures of their so called "self cracked screen" and when you look at it, you can see the point of impact.

Why listen to others who don't know how to take care of their phones and use it anyway as they want...
As per me screens don't self Crack unless you misbehave with your phone like putting pressure on glass, sitting on it or dropping it..
I'm a proud owner of Xperia Z and Z2 and didn't got any of my glass cracked if used properly..
Well Xperia Z series is made of premium materials so it does not mean that you can roughly use it.. Its made of glass and obviously it may have cracks if not handled properly so Sony is not responsible for this..

I'm sorry to hear that but you seem to have another issue

you can upload a picture of the cracked screen, perhaps we can find the point of impact.
