I have had my Z5 Compact for a few days now.
If I go into Xperia Care, it says I have an Application Problem - System UI has Crashed. Resolve the problem
Puching the button does not solve anything.
If I then go into tools, Diagnostic it says the System Ui has crashed over 40 times.
Not sure if it is a problem.
No idea if it is effecting anthing.

Hi FSB,
Welcome to the community,
In this case I would suggest maybe trying to clear the data from the system UI application. If this keeps crashing you will likely start losing all of the widgets and shortcuts you put on the homescreen.
Maybe backing up the device before performing the instructions below would be a good idea.
Menu > Settings > apps > All > system UI > Clear Cache.
Test the above first, if this does not work try the following,
Menu > Settings > apps > All > system UI > Clear Data
let us know how you get on.
Didn't change it, the option to clear data is grey out, do unable to do this.
Yes just tried safe mode, still comes up with the orange button Application Problem.
I notice now that the number of crashes under Diagnostics is not increasing, 43 for System UI.
So maybe it is fixed, but the notification cannot be reset.
Didnt know about safe mode, thanks.
