Anyone know how much it is to replace battery for Z3compact

Hi,

tired of trying in vain to register a query with the Sony site so have come to the Support Forum in the hope that I can get the support that Sony seem unwilling to provide

My Z3compact is running out of battery at least twice a day from full charge even will all apps not in use closed down

Any help appreciated

Have you tried calling them? Local support 

As for the battery issue

Provide the following screenshots



follow the steps



Charge the phone 100%
use it as you normally would
once the battery has reached 10%
Settings
Battery
take a screenshot of this
Menu
Consuming apps
Show all consuming apps
take screenshots of the list
tap on the top 5 items/apps on the list and take screenshots of each
