Android wont start

Been this way for hoursi have tried pressing off button with volume up button. I tried the reset button in the Sim card drawer. This is what happens and even after hours, Android says it's starting but I never see my home screen

We can't see ur uploads until it gets approved by moderators! If u mean ur device got stuck at "powered by android"  screen then u should consider doing a software repair through Xperia companion! Did u tried turning on device without sim and SD?

Images are approved now. What @pravi suggested seems to be the best practice for this issue, you need your phone charged and turned off before you start. Bear in mind that all data stored on the internal memory will be lost. Here's a detailed guide:
