All buttons are not working

I love Sony Xperia products, My family has owned at least 7 devices (tablets and mobiles), I bought Xperia premium Dual Z5 on Feb 17 for my wife as she loves the design so much. My wife has been complaining about the phone will hang and restart itself at least twice in a month. It started to get frustrated this phone seems has lots of problems UNTIL last night, ALL buttons (inc: on/off, camera and volume) are NOT working at all. I need advice desperately to solve this issues. At least to solve the buttons despite the phone will hang sometimes.

Hi @CTK80,

Sorry to know that.

Is the phone recognize when connected to the PC? Via Xperia Companion?

I recommend a software repair using Xperia Companion: Connect it to a computer and use the Xperia™ Companion software to reset your device. Open Xperia™ Companion on your computer and click Software repair. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Don't forget to back up any important data saved on the internal memory of your device. For more information and installation instructions, go to the Xperia™ Companion web page for Windows or Mac OS.

Let me know how it goes

Finally, the Phone is dead completely.

The phone shut down, and tried every possibilities to restart the device but NONE worked.

Buttons all dead (therefore, cannot reset), Unable USB connected to PC to repair (coz is shut down), "yellow" off button to reset (remain at battery charging).....Very disappointed!!!
