Hello. ive had my z5 for about 3 dys. love it. peviously i had a z2, loved it also.
But ive got a problem.
Initially i was experiencing issues with the screen rotation. would not work. made sure the auto rotate was on. reset the phone. still the same. did diagnostic test on Accelerometer, the phone started to vibrate without me even touching the phone, so im guessing thats a fail.
Gyroscope test also failed. the ball seems to have a mind of its own.
did multiple factory resets, and service menu *#*#7378423#*#* reset.
nothing has changed.
attached my phone to pc companion. sw up to date, tried a repair, it keeps failing, the phone keeps switching off as the repair is completing, and comes up with repair fail message.
what else can i do?
