Goodnight Sony,
I have been using the sony for a long time (at least 15 years) and was happy together but, stop using Sony. Because, I sent my device to the service (Teleservice in Turkey for Sony MB). Errors is warming up and shutting down and doesn't Camera(my device). the service told me; the case has been deformed and you pay 250USD. Deformed/Error is paint faded..
The simplest companies is accepting and changing new device for this problem but Sony Turkey wants money.
I bought a lot of products to this day; tv, mobilephone, walkman, ps and more. I paid (least) 10k bucks for Sony but, they didn't fix my device and wants money.
shame on Sony Turkey and if you don't change Sony Turkey Service (teleservice or kvk) and policy; I Will Never Take Sony Products.
I don't have a mistake but, your services says; you are wrong!
I loved up to this day the Japanese and their cultures and I fell in love with their respects but Sony Turkey very bad.
Sony GB, Why isn't interested? Why don't you care? Don't you like Turkey and Turkish Users?
We have a lot of complaints but no interest..
